Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management solution, which will grant you total command over your email accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can set up a brand new mailbox in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. What's more, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one mailbox to another, configure email filters, set up autoresponder messages and guard your e-mailbox accounts against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your email box accounts against junk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unasked-for e-mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your e-mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular email box.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming emails according to specific rules set by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and set the filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mail messages from one email box account to another, or even to a number of other email box accounts. Just choose the mail account you would like to redirect e-mail messages from, then select the target e-mail box and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily configure the email client of your choosing to access your mailbox accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you want to set up on your computer or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail box account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple e-mail accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
